my own experience: I what I did, what I didn’t do, and when I knew
it was time to quit keto.

medical condition that you are using keto to work on, go to your
health practitioner or nutritionist and tell them you don’t want to
do keto anymore.
to quit keto:
- Notice what sounds good in all aspects of
nourishment, pleasure, and satisfaction. Is it still high fat,
moderate protein, and low carbs that sounds really good as far as
how you’re going to nourish your body? If not, continue thinking
more about what does sound good.
intentional with your food. Experiment and be fully aware of how
you feel when you start to reintroduce foods that you haven’t had
since you went keto.
your time getting out of ketosis.
on your diet mindset in the process.
a full stock of real foods you love in your house and find real
food alternatives also.
