Keto For Women Show

Feb 9, 2018

This episode is special because I talk about two of my most favorite topics — poop and keto. Learn how to tell whether your digestive system is working as it should, what could mess it up, and how being on keto affects it. I also give some tips on how to keep your digestive system in tip-top shape. Listen and enjoy!

TOPICS:

  • How do you know that your digestive system is working well?
  • What are the things that can go wrong in your digestive process?
  • Why is fully chewing your food important?
  • What type of environment do we need in our stomachs to break down food properly?
  • How does leaky gut begin to develop?
  • What does the color of your poop tell you about your health?
  • What problems can a candida overgrowth cause?
  • What factors can impact your gut bacteria and affect your bacterial balance?
  • What are the possible causes of bloating?
  • How does being on keto affect your digestive system?
  • How can you support your liver?
  • Should you use MCT oil?
  • Why is drinking water with high-quality sea salt beneficial?
  • Why is it important for you to find out what your food sensitivities are when going on keto?
  • How can being on keto help your digestion?

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

I’ll be speaking at some events in the next few months and I would love to meet you there!

If you have taken the Nutritional Therapy Association course (or even if you haven’t), you can attend the NTA conference on the first weekend of March in Vancouver, Washington. I’ll be part of a panel that will be speaking on implementing low carb diets for clients.

On the second weekend of March, I’ll be in Spain for the Keto Ladies Conference as part of the Low Carb Universe tour of conferences. As one of the speakers, I’ll be discussing keto for hormones. I’ll also do a breakout session about how to adopt keto as a lifestyle and finding out what works for you. If it’s possible for you to attend this conference, I highly recommend that you do it!

In mid-May, I’m headed to the beautiful Caribbean to join the Low Carb Keto Cruise. I’ll be talking about why keto is different for women. It’s a week-long cruise, so grab the opportunity to have fun and learn something at the same time!

I’ll also be at the KetoCon in Austin, Texas, happening in mid-June. This is a big event with a lot of really good speakers. Tons of people who are on keto will be there, so I hope you can join us!

And lastly, just as a reminder, we have an upcoming class for The Fat Burning Female Project. The enrolment starts on February 27 and the class starts on March 5. So if you’re looking for some guidance on doing keto or wanting to become part of this great community of ladies to support you in this process, mark your calendars because Fat Burning Female is where you’ll want to be!

As always, if you have any questions that you would like for me to expand on further, please email me at info@ketoforwomenshow.com and I will make sure to get the answers out to you. Take care!
