If you have taken the Nutritional Therapy Association course (or even if you haven’t), you can attend the NTA conference on the first weekend of March in Vancouver, Washington. I’ll be part of a panel that will be speaking on implementing low carb diets for clients.


On the second weekend of March, I’ll be in Spain for the Keto Ladies Conference as part of the Low Carb Universe tour of conferences. As one of the speakers, I’ll be discussing keto for hormones. I’ll also do a breakout session about how to adopt keto as a lifestyle and finding out what works for you. If it’s possible for you to attend this conference, I highly recommend that you do it!


In mid-May, I’m headed to the beautiful Caribbean to join the Low Carb Keto Cruise. I’ll be talking about why keto is different for women. It’s a week-long cruise, so grab the opportunity to have fun and learn something at the same time!


I’ll also be at the KetoCon in Austin, Texas, happening in mid-June. This is a big event with a lot of really good speakers. Tons of people who are on keto will be there, so I hope you can join us!
